1. Order Processing

At Canduno, we take great care in preparing and packaging your scented candles to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully.
All orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to your provided address. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors such as carrier delays or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


3. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number (if applicable). This allows you to monitor your package and stay updated on its delivery status.


4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by issuing a replacement or a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


6. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship only to locations supported by our shipping partners. Some remote or restricted areas may not be eligible for delivery.
