Returns

We only accept returns if the product is broken, damaged, or has not arrived.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at hello@canduno.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll guide you through the process of returning the product or issuing a replacement, depending on the situation.

Please note:

  • Returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong fragrance selection, or dislike of scent are not accepted.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging if it is being returned.


Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

If the product did not arrive at all, we will verify the issue and issue a full refund.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Next, contact your bank. Processing time can vary.
